The gate end intercom will work with mains power through an adapter, or you can connect to any 12v battery.
So Basically, here is how it works. The gate intercom talks to the intercom/LCD in your house. No wires needed. Then you connect the LCD in your office to your WiFi router in the office. Then you download the app onto your phone to connect to your WiFi and away you go. Everything talks to everything else..You can even unlock and open your gate from your phone
