The GateHouse heavy duty double electric gate kit is the answer when looking for high quality electric driveway gates. The system has been tested over 48,000 cycles, so you know you're getting great durability. The kit contains all the instructions you need to self-install, and the hardware requires little ongoing maintenance. We program the control boards before we deliver and we program all the remotes or any wireless accessories so all you need to do is connect the power and the motor wires. Easy done.. It includes a detailed manual so you can change the soft start time, level of stall force, High speed running time, auto close time if required, interval time between gates, Adjustable power for gate or driveway LED's, Lock time, Photo cell.
There are voltage connections for an external receiver or a mobile phone GSM system.
Also two different connections for either electric or magnetic locks. Just a note here, you cannot use a magnetic lock on a solar system...
The gates will need a physical stop on open and close for the auto brake system to work.

Battery backup can be installed should mains power fail on an electric system. There is two backup battery systems available, standard acid batteries or a Lithium ion 24v 10Ah battery..There is a quick release pin pull system to get things moving manually. The stainless steel worm gear ensures added durability and quiet operation. There is a 4 year warranty on all our swing motors if installed correctly..
